The Design and Build Process Initially we will receive an enquiry from a prospective customer. We will then confirm the design parameters, from which we will produce surgery layout drawings upon the customers instruction. Once we have been instructed we will again confirm the that the parameters are correct prior to any manufacture of cabinetry taking place. We will Continue to refine the design as the build process takes place, and consult regularly with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with each key step. We will also advise when we feel that extras may be required to complete the job, but will not deploy them without the customers approval and instruction. At the end of every installation process, we will meet with the customer to ensure that complete customer satisfaction is achieved, we will not sign the installation off until the customer is 100% happy with the final installation. Our after sales care is a key component in this process. We conduct regular enquiries to ensure that the works undertaken are still meeting the needs of the customer, this may include out customer satisfaction survey (a useful in-house audit tool).
